To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill. ck55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
